Requests for maintenance medicines
Normally, your doctor provides enough refills of your maintenance medicines to get you to your next scheduled routine exam. But sometimes you can run short. We do ask that our patients contact us when refills are needed. We do not accept refill request from pharmacies.
If you have an upcoming visit and are running low on your maintenance medicines (like for high blood pressure or diabetes), you may use this online request portal. Only your currently listed maintenance medicines can be requested and only if you have an upcoming appointment. All other requests, including requests for changes to medicines, will be denied without a response. You can begin checking with your pharmacy in 24 hours, but please allow up to 72 hours before calling the office.
